Who Are You Really Talking To?

Global CEO

Our close relationship with the Arts University Bournemouth not only gives us a hugely creative atmosphere in which to work, but also allows us to work with the many talented individuals who come here to study.

Just recently we commissioned the Film Department to come up with some videos for us on the theme of ‘talking to the wrong crowd’.

As always the students have risen to the challenge and have produced six videos for us which will be released on our website and across social media in the run up to Christmas. A weekly advent treat which should hopefully raise a smile and be better for you than the Disney Princess calendar you have at home.

Although a little bit of fun, there’s a serious message behind the campaign: talking to the right crowd is essential to maximise the return on your digital marketing budget.

With so many marketing options open to businesses today, making sure you’re not only presenting a consistent message, but that it’s reaching the right people is Crowd’s core principal.

We begin by examining the market place and defining who we want to reach and why. Who are our most valuable customers? Who's more likely to provide the most value through either a sale now or in the future? We then use the latest analytical tools to locate our crowd and the online landscapes that they occupy. We can then ensure that our marketing activity is aligned from both a messaging point of view and to reach them where they are most likely to see it – cutting through the noise of busy social feeds, emails and search results. Then we can gauge the success of our campaigns through a comprehensive reporting tool.

This system coupled with our creative thinking, has proven itself time and again resulting in more sales, leads and even awards for our clients.

We look forward to working with you on your future projects, but in the meantime why not subscribe to our YouTube channel over the coming weeks for some examples where our ideas could have prevented some awkward situations.
