In support of our client, Plastic Oceans, we’re doing a beach cleanup to celebrate the Trees and Seas festival which will take place between 2nd and 8th August.
This is a global event uniting forest and ocean conservation that will include planting 70,000+ trees, 100+ beach cleanups, youth workshops, panel discussions, art, film and music events.
We have partnered with Almond & Co., Leave Only Footprints, and Street Agency to clean our beautiful Bournemouth beach and support the fight against single-use plastic pollution. We’ll be gathering at Branksome Dene Chine Car Park on 3rd August at 3pm.
The Trees and Seas mission is to highlight ocean and forest conservation worldwide, emphasising how we are all one planet, one environment, and in the end, one global community united in our effort to foster a healthier and more just planet for all. A sentiment that Crowd's team support.
Trees and Seas is part of the blue communities initiative of Plastic Oceans International. It serves as its annual unifying event for members, while also providing the general public, and outside organisations, the opportunity to participate in a weeklong celebration uniting ocean and forest conservation worldwide.
