The agency that never sleeps: the Crowd difference

Global CEO

At the time of writing this, our UK team are just putting in their last 30 minutes of work before heading home, our teams in Detroit and Toronto are just popping to lunch, our Dubai team are preparing to go to bed and our Chinese team are fast asleep (we hope…).

Time zones impact us greatly. Crowd have always had their sights on becoming the first boutique global digital marketing agency and with 5 offices across 4 continents, we are well on course to achieve that. Crowd have overcome our time zone differences and use it to our advantage and that is the Crowd difference.

We’ve been labelled; the agency that doesn’t sleep because we have the ability to run 24/7, there is always a team on the go and a helpful voice on the end of the phone. This is a huge advantage for a small agency like Crowd, we can pass projects around the globe so they are constantly being tended too. This enables us to greatly increase our capacity and our end output. Ultimately this means that the team do not have to put in 24-hour shifts to get jobs done, we can simply move them to the next time zone.

Our developers have put in place a strict set of technical guidelines which our teams work too. With close collaboration and peer-to-peer reviews, we can maintain the standard of work that has built our reputation and made Crowd the agency to work for as well as the winner of two Grand Prix awards at 2017’s RAR Awards.

Despite still being a small agency in overall size, we have a workforce of digital enthusiasts from all over the World. Our team boasts English, Russian, French, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese and German speakers to list just a few. This gives us the capability to produce award-winning work and translate it for the corresponding audience without any need to outsource. As well as this, our international teams' cultural differences provide a fun environment where we are constantly learning from each other.

We also get to travel. With international offices and multiple linguists, it gives us the ability to confidently take on any project from around the world. We’ve worked with clients in The USA, The UAE, Chile, Norway, France, Switzerland, China, India and many more countries in our 5 short years. This means that we get to learn from the world around us, and of course, update our Instagram accordingly.
