Crowd have been working with The Orchid Hotel since their re-brand last year. Over that time, we have re-designed and built their website and print materials and currently manage their social media strategy and presence.
With The Orchid Hotel’s brand new restaurant, No.34, opening its doors at the end of August, Crowd were tasked with building a new page for the website, designing all of the food and drink menus and carrying out a social media marketing strategy for the launch.
No.34 offers a relaxed yet sophisticated setting and a menu that has been specially designed by the head Chef to bring customers the very best dining experience. It was important to get this message across through the design of the web page and the menus.
Julia, who worked on the designs, said: “My aim was to reflect the sophisticated setting of the No.34 restaurant in the menu and web design. We used warm beige and brown colours and worked with copper foiling to make the menu stand out.”
The restaurant was promoted on The Orchid Hotel's social media platforms encouraging people to visit. We also wrote a blog about the restaurant and sent out a mailer to make people aware of the opening.
Dana, who manages The Orchid’s social media, said: “I’ve loved working with The Orchid Hotel and marketing their new restaurant through social media and blogs. It’s always a joy to write about something that you know is going to be very successful. If you haven’t had a chance to visit No.34 yet, you’re missing out!”
The feedback No.34 has received so far has been outstanding and we can’t wait to continue working with The Orchid Hotel to see what other exciting projects the future brings!
