Continuing our long relationship with Cofely Besix, the Middle East's leading facility management company tasked Crowd with making their very first app!
After another successful award winning delivery of Cofely Besix’s brand new website, we were asked to deliver an app to help staff in the field communicate with customer service staff. The app is available on both IOS and Android and is the first of its’ kind for this industry in the Middle East!
The brief was very open and allowed Crowd to create a problem-solving concept, aimed to simplify the daily procedures undertaken by the organisation’s staff.
Staff are now able to track facility issues easily by describing the problems, adding photos and sharing via email. This new app also reduces the time time taken to carry out this particularly important task.
Our app design of course mirrors that of the website – our designers have ensured that all visuals are consistent with Cofely Besix’s new site and that the addition of cinemagraphs help to bring the brand to life, in this format.
Since the launch of the app we have received fantastic feedback from the client who already has some ideas for follow up versions.
