Crowd recently helped in the launch of the new adidas global flagship store located in the Dubai Mall.
Dubai is the location of the first adidas flagship store across the Middle East, India and Africa and is the first store in the region with sustainability at its core coupled with a technological enhanced retail experience.
Delivered in both English and Arabic, we designed and built the site on our local server then packaged the files and sent them to adidas to embed into their new ecommerce framework running on Magento 2.
We worked with 7 other agency partners to tight timelines to ensure all communications were in place for the store launch.
The primary objective of the page is to drive awareness of the store and its USPs and we were provided with key campaign visuals which we were then tasked to adapt into a web experience. A secondary aim for the site was to drive app awareness and downloads. The app offers exclusive content for live events and details about the store so on-screen messaging needed to support this.
Our approach for the landing page was to create an elegant user experience that took users through the unique USP and experiences that the new store provides through a single scrolling page. We used product imagery to reveal content blocks and image transitions to keep users engaged throughout the experience.
