Awards season has seen Crowd round off the year with a successful haul of industry trophies for this years work in both the UK and Dubai.
Festivities began at the end of November at the Dorset Business Awards where our Global CEO Jamie Sergeant picked up the award for Business Leader of the Year. At Crowd we all appreciate the great work that Jamie does day-to-day because we get to see it first hand, so it’s good to know that his efforts in working to promote Dorset business and working closely with local business and education organisations hasn’t gone unnoticed.
We then picked up two awards at the Global Trends Marketing Awards where our work for UAE tourism destination Ras Al Khaimah picked up further awards for Marketing Effectiveness.
We were also delighted to receive two awards at this years Drum Awards. These are possibly our favourite awards to win, because they are judged based on comments from our clients.
We picked up the Social Media and Service Delivery awards for 40-99 staff at a glittering black tie ceremony in London attended by Jamie and Digital Designer Remy.
Crowd Dubai attended the PRCA Digital Awards in Dubai where our successful campaign for Ras Al Khaimah again picked up two awards for Best Digital Marketing Campaign and Best Use of Paid Media in a Campaign. Tom Berne, our Dubai Studio Lead also narrowly missed out on the Digital Professional of the Year, but earned himself a ‘Highly Commended’.
As 2019 draws to a close, it’s nice to gain recognition from our clients and peers for the work we’ve done this year - it’s the perfect motivation to build on our success and deliver even more in 2020.
