To help promote Bournemouth as the ideal place for international students to study, Crowd ran a two-week campaign for Bournemouth Borough Council.
The campaign was focused on a promotional video that showcases Sofia’s story and highlights some of Dorset’s main attractions for students and visitors.
We ran the campaign across numerous social channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, with the main aim being to gain video views and sign-ups on to the Study in the South West mailing list.
Our adverts were targeted to 16-24 year old residents of countries in South America, with a selection of ads also being targeted to specific interests such as 'Study Abroad and 'Study English'. The ads were translated into both Spanish and Portuguese in order to be better received by the target audience.
After the two-week period, the video had received an amazing 616,422 views on Facebook and 323,461 on YouTube, with a grand total of 939,883 views - a number that is still rising organically now the campaign is over.
