A successful month for #TeamCrowd at the awards

Our trophy cabinet is getting bigger after bringing home seven awards in the last month. We’ve also been nominated for 10 The Drum Recommends Awards and two Dorset Business Awards.

We’re very excited about the Drum Recommends nominations because they’re one of the top awards for our industry. These awards are very important for us because they’re voted for by our clients. This shows that the work we have delivered has offered great results, leaving our clients highly satisfied. The 10 categories we’ve been nominated for are:

On top of these nominations, we have won three W3 Awards for: Campaigns - Marketing Effectiveness, Campaigns - Integrated Marketing and General Website Categories-Non-Profit. The first two awards have been won by our UAE client, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) and the third one by our UK client, Jurassic Coast Trust.

RAK TDA was established as a government entity, with a mandate to license, regulate and monitor Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism and hospitality industry. The authority’s main purpose is to develop tourism infrastructure and promote the Emirate domestically and abroad, to both consumers and businesses.

Crowd was appointed as RAK TDA’s lead integrated agency to promote the destination, create more awareness, drive visitor bookings in the destination and to promote and sell its partnered or joint investment products and experiences.

We partnered with Jurassic Coast Trust to deliver a new website and portal for the charity that works to protect the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We helped create a digital platform that informs every part of the Jurassic Coast experience.

Drum Recommends

The work for RAK TDA and Jurassic Coast Trust has also won three Global Trends Marketing Awards. We won an additional award here for Dubai International Airport. For them, we created an online magazine called ' Destination DXB', which is showcasing the incredible experiences around the airport and provides travellers with both information and inspiration.
